Administration of the West Bromwich Building Society Staff Retirement Scheme has transferred

From 25 March 2026, for members whose benefit were insured with Aviva, administration of the West Bromwich Building Society Staff Retirement Scheme was transferred to Aviva. A Trustee letter was issued on 27 February 2026 to anyone who this affected.

From 22 May 2026, for members whose benefit were insured with Canada Life, administration of the West Bromwich Building Society Staff Retirement Scheme was transferred to Canada Life. A Trustee letter was issued on 7 May 2026 to anyone who this affected.
